 A little note when you book with us

  • Change of Plans? Let us know ASAP! We allocate specific times for pampering your dog. Missed appointments without 24-hour notice will incur a $20 deposit for the next booking.

  • Running Late? If you're more than 15 minutes late, we’ll try our best to accommodate you, but may need to reschedule and apply a $10 fee for every 15 minutes delayed.

For Grooming, Daycare, Boarding:

  • Veterinary Documents Required:

    • Rabies Certificate (signed by your vet)

    • Distemper Vaccination

    • Bordetella Vaccination

    • All vaccines must be current for service provision.

  • Health Notice: Inform us of any past or present medical conditions to ensure the best care for your pet.
